Can I customize my order to make it more personal?

Do I need to specify the text that should appear on the background?
Yes, absolutely! Please clearly write all the text you want on the background (names, date, family name, quote, etc.) in the personalization box or in the “Note to Seller” section during checkout.
How should I indicate the age or gender for the figurines?
We select the figurine based on age, not gender alone. Please specify the exact age or age range in years (e.g., “girl 5 years old”, “boy 9–10 years”). If you only mention gender without age, it makes it difficult for us to choose the right figurine. Always include the age — we’ll match it to the closest available sample.
How do I choose a dog figurine — by breed or by size?
Our dog figurines are categorized by size only: small, medium, or large. We do not have specific breeds available. If you write a breed name, we cannot guarantee an exact match because we work with basic silhouettes based on size. Please select “small dog”, “medium dog”, or “large dog” — this helps us pick the most suitable option.
Can I request long hair for a figurine if it’s not shown in the sample photos?
Unfortunately, no. We work strictly with the figurine designs shown in the product photos and listing samples. If long hair is not present on the chosen model (for that age or type), we cannot add it. Please choose the figurine style that best matches your vision from the available samples.
I wrote “boy 7–8 years”, but you have Boy 4–7 and Boy 8–12 figurines. Which one will you use?
In borderline cases like 7–8 years, we choose the figurine that best fits the overall proportions and look of the entire composition. Usually, we use Boy 4–7 for age 7 and Boy 8–12 for age 8.
If I prefer practical gifts, should I choose the option with a clock?
Yes, exactly! If you're looking for a gift that's not only meaningful and personalized but also practical for everyday use, we highly recommend selecting the version with a real, fully functioning clock integrated into the frame. Many of our anniversary gifts (especially for milestones like 10th tin, 11th steel, 25th silver, etc.) come in two main variants: one with custom family figures/swing/tree only, and another that adds a beautiful, working clock right in the center. The clock version serves as a constant reminder of your special date and family bond while being something you can actually hang on the wall and use daily. It's a perfect blend of sentiment and functionality — our customers often say it's one of the most appreciated features!
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, while expedited options are available for faster delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
