Looks great and I am excited to give it to my wife on our anniversary. Time between shipment and delivery was great as the seller used UPS to ship my picture.\nI would add one suggestion - decide what you want printed on the picture and then ask Anna to send back a proof. She only prints what you enter in the personalization box. Which is not necessarily what is displayed in the photo. So make sure you put everything you want, exactly as you want it. I was fortunate as the picture was created before I had a chance to remove something, and I found out everything worked out just great.
First, I wish I would have read the previous reviews more closely before ordering because a lot of them mentioned similar things to what I will.\n\n1- the item quality is not good for the price point. This item cost me $130. I would guess material cost less than $10. The background is simply a copper piece of paper and the words are printed from a printer, not engraved. The figurines are a cheap plastic.\n\n2- this item is not packaged well for shipping across several countries. It arrived with many of the figurines broken off. The seller replaced the picture for free, however it was for my wedding anniversary and I didn’t have it in time to give as a gift. She blamed it on the carrier, but it had a thin box with one single piece of bubble wrap.\n\nOverall it’s a cute idea, but in my opinion, not worth the price.
